Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations for a growing HVAC service and installation team. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, responsible for managing warehouse inventory, coordinating material flow, and ensuring technicians and job sites receive the right equipment and supplies on time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of HVAC equipment, parts, and materials.
  • Prepare outgoing orders, staging materials for technicians and project teams.
  • Deliver equipment, tools, and materials to job sites using a company vehicle.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse inventory, including cycle counts and stock level tracking.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Coordinate returns, warranty items, and vendor pickups.
  • Assist with loading/unloading trucks, including occasional use of material‑handling equipment.
  • Communicate with service managers, installers, and vendors to ensure timely material availability.
  • Track tools, consumables, and replenishment needs.
  • Support light shop tasks such as assembling equipment pads, pre‑fabrication prep, or staging PM kits.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or material‑handling experience, preferably in construction, mechanical, or service industries.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work safely with material‑handling equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory systems, receiving, and documentation.
  • Dependable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with HVAC parts and equipment is a plus but not required.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Experience delivering materials to active construction or service job sites.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating pallet jacks and similar equipment.
  • Knowledge of common HVAC components, fittings, and tools.
  • Ability to support light fabrication or shop prep work.
